Ford Concern on Children's Safety Factor

Auto Trend - So far, the majority of vehicle manufacturers to develop safety system that is focused for adult passengers. This time, Ford uses a digital kid body model to understand the impact a car accident in children.

This model will be made based on MRI scans
(magnetic resonance imaging) of children used in a computer crash test simulations to see how the impact of accidents that occur in young children. Ford hopes this model will significantly help to reduce the level of injury to children in a car accident.

Child model project is a continuation of an adult model who has Ford done for more than a decade. As a model digital adult, skull, and vital organs of children will be given serious attention to ensure the protection of safety.

According to Ford, the technology has been used to create an additional safety device is better. And Ford adds that it continues to explore the potential that still exists.
